- Proximiti performed a site survey at the main office, suggested minor modifications to the data network configuration to insure high quality voice traffic management, and updated the IP network to handle other needs as well;
- Proximiti then provided local telephone numbers in four of the six primary countries served by the company that automatically are routed to the Proximiti provided phone system and network;
- Proximiti upgraded the data network providing the company with a higher speed and higher bandwidth service that costs 40% less than what they had been using;
- Proximiti ported the company's US phone numbers including their toll free number;
- Proximiti then set up an auto-attendant with both English and Spanish prompts, call routing rules, voice mailboxes, and other normal features;
- Proximiti provided handsets for personnel that work after hours from home and a key sales associate that worked from home in another city;
- Proximiti international calling rates are often 50% or more less expensive than traditional services and its domestic calling for $30 unlimited local and long distance per phone line at the office saved substantially on domestic calling as well;
- Proximiti provided a half day of on site training, showed the office manager how to update their system as needed, and provided a full set of training literature; and,
- Proximiti offers continuous support and one place to call and one consolidated easy to read bill.
